Use Telegram on the Web and Multiple Devices.

Telegram can be used from a browser and from more than one device at a time. The same account works on a phone, a computer, and a tablet, and messages and contacts stay shared across them. SexyGram's checkout can carry a Telegram account value for an order, which the order status link shows from any device.

Telegram Web in short

Telegram Web is the browser version of the messenger. It lets you open the account without installing an app, as long as you can sign in. The same contacts and chats appear in the browser window.

Where Telegram Web opens

Telegram Web opens in a browser at web.telegram.org. The page asks for the phone number, then a login code. After the code, the chat list loads from the account.

Using several devices at once

A Telegram account can be used on more than one device at the same time. A phone, a tablet, and a computer can each hold the same account. Telegram describes the details of this in its docs at telegram.org.

How devices stay in sync

Messages, contacts, and media stay in sync across the devices where the account is signed in. Changes on one device appear on the others. The sync is tied to the account, not to a single device.

Sessions on the account

Each signed-in device is called a session. The active sessions list in the app settings shows the devices using the account. The list is the place to see where the account is open.

Ending a session from another device

A session can be ended from the active sessions list without touching that device. This is useful when the account is still open on a device you no longer use. The removed session signs out on its side.

Web, desktop, and mobile

The mobile app is the main Telegram client, while the web version and the desktop app are extra ways to open the same account. Not every client shows the same set of options. The account and the chats remain the same everywhere.

Tablets and second phones

A tablet or a second phone can also hold the account, as long as it can sign in with the phone number and the code. Each new device adds a session. The account owner decides which devices stay signed in.

Login on a new device

Signing in on a new device needs the phone number and a login code. The code goes through the app or the connected number. Telegram describes login security in its docs at telegram.org.

Shared or borrowed computers

A shared computer keeps the session after you walk away. Log out from the session list when the device is not yours. The session list shows where the account is still open.

Common mistakes

The common mistakes are leaving a session open on a shared computer and forgetting where the account is signed in. Another mistake is entering a wrong contact when the account value matters. The sessions list fixes the access side.

Devices and the SexyGram checkout

The SexyGram checkout can carry a Telegram account value for an order. The order status link shows the same visible order state on any device. The account belongs to its owner, and SexyGram does not manage it.
