Telegram order status explained

The order status shows where a Telegram service order stands, from the moment the checkout records it to the completed state. The status link from the checkout opens the order page without logging in and displays the current state. This guide explains each state and what to check when the status does not move.

What the status link is

The status link is provided by the checkout for each order and opens the order page without a login. It is the short path back to the order, because the SexyGram checkout does not use accounts. The page shows the visible order state, so the link is the place to look when the order has not finished.

Order states at a glance

An order can show waiting, payment detected, processing, or completed. Waiting is the starting state before a matching payment is seen. Payment detected means the checkout saw an incoming transfer that matches the order. Processing follows when the matched payment moves the order forward, and completed closes the visible flow.

Waiting

Waiting means the checkout has not detected a payment that matches the order yet. This can happen when the transfer has not arrived or when the amount or network does not match the checkout details. Compare what you sent with what the checkout showed for the order.

Payment detected

Payment detected means the checkout saw an incoming transfer that matches the order amount and network. The order is still moving through the flow at this point. Keep the status link and check it again later, because the state can change as the order is handled.

Processing

Processing means the matched payment is being handled and the order moves toward completed. The state can stay in processing while the order is treated as complete in the status flow. Open the status link to follow the current state rather than guessing from time.

Completed

Completed means the order is treated as complete in the status flow. The buyer should then check the Telegram account named as the recipient at checkout. If the recipient does not see the service, the status page is the place to check the visible order state.

What to check when the status does not move

Compare the amount and network you sent with the checkout details for the order. A transfer that has not arrived or a mismatched amount or network can keep the payment unmatched. Do not create a second order for the same payment before checking the status link.

Keeping the status link

Keep the status link until the order reaches completed, because it is how the order page is reached without an account. Save it after checkout and after payment. If the link is lost, the checkout is the path to start a new order.
