Question 1

Why have my Telegram Stars not arrived?

Accepted Answer

Stars delivery depends on the order reaching completed status in the status flow. If the amount or network sent did not match the checkout, the payment can stay unmatched. Open the status link from the checkout to see the current visible state before retrying.

Question 2

I paid but Stars are not visible — what should I check first?

Accepted Answer

Check the status link from the checkout first, because it shows the visible state of your Stars order. Then compare the recipient username with the Telegram account where Stars should appear. If the payment is still waiting or unmatched, do not create a second Stars order yet.

Question 3

What does the status link from the checkout show for my Stars order?

Accepted Answer

The status link opens the page for one specific Stars order without logging in. It shows the visible state, such as waiting, payment detected, processing, or completed. Use it to check where your Stars order stands instead of guessing.

Question 4

The status says waiting for my Stars order — what does that mean?

Accepted Answer

Waiting means the checkout has not matched a payment to your Stars order yet. This can happen when the transfer has not arrived or the amount or network does not match the checkout details. Compare what you sent with what the checkout showed for the Stars order.

Question 5

The status says processing for my Stars order — what does that mean?

Accepted Answer

Processing means the payment was matched to your Stars order and the order is being handled. The state moves toward completed when the Stars order is treated as complete in the status flow. Open the status link to follow the current state.

Question 6

What does a completed status mean for Stars delivery?

Accepted Answer

Completed status means the Stars order is treated as complete in the status flow. The buyer should then check the Telegram account named as the recipient at checkout. If Stars are not visible there, the status page is the place to check the Stars order state.

Question 7

What if I entered the wrong username for my Stars order at checkout?

Accepted Answer

The username is the target of the Stars order, so a wrong one can direct Stars to a different account. Check the username against the account where Stars should appear. The status link shows the visible state of the Stars order you paid.

Question 8

Stars appeared on the wrong account — what can I do?

Accepted Answer

Check the status link and the username entered at checkout, because Stars target the account named as the recipient. The status page shows the visible state of the Stars order. A fresh checkout with the correct username is the path for a retry.

Question 9

How long should I wait for my Stars order before checking again?

Accepted Answer

The status page shows the visible Stars order state, so check the status link instead of waiting by clock time. The Stars order moves through waiting, payment detected, and processing before completed. Keep the status link to follow the Stars order.
